The service I received on Mother's Day weekend was incredibly helpful. I took one very sick dog in -- this dog of mine has had health issues since I got him more than a year ago. The veterinarian, Dr. Kurz-Johnson, was wonderful -- very patient, reassuring and thorough. She took us to look at my dog Dill's x-rays and gently explained what she saw. She also was willing to work with me and understood I would have to take his health care one step at a time due to money and his advanced age. The office itself is bright, clean and welcoming. On a day that started out with such a scare, the visit itself was a positive one. Many, many thanks. My wife and I are so pleased with everything at your clinic. I know you really care not only about our 3 cats and 1 dog, but also about us. David always takes the time to listen and help us. Your doctors are the best and we know when we bring our pets there they will get the best care possible. Thank you for everything. I have found the place that I will continue to have care for my German Shepard. Dr. Pope and the staff at the Beach Blvd and San Pablo Office are well educated, polite, and cared for my dog as I would. My fur-child, Shadow, was limping on the Sunday before Memorial Day and I didn't think the injury warranted an emergency room visit, therefore your hours of operation are why I came to try your services. I was extremely impressed by the friendly staff and the warm hearted & caring atmosphere. You treated Shadow & I as if we were family! In fact, this is the first vet that Shadow appeared less anxious and a little relaxed. As a result of my positive experience, I decided that Pet Doctors of America will now become OUR vet! Dr. Avery Silvers is wonderful and the group is lucky to have her. She saved our Jazzy from a really sick bout. I've been getting her groomed for a few years now and have never been satisfied with her haircuts until she was groomed by Diana at Pet Doctors. I wasn't sure of the exact names of cuts, so I was a little hesitant to bring her in, however, Diana took the time to talk to me and establish a basis for what I wanted. She even put little pink bows in her hair! I will definitely be coming back to see Diana again! We are so very pleased with the treatment all of you have given to Bailey. Maddox, our Shepherd mix has been in a few times already, and was recently neutered at the Beach Blvd Facility. Andrew, the Technician is very good with Maddox and making sure that he was comfortable. He also provided us with very helpful information on what better ways to care for him after the procedure. Andrew has also provided us with a vast knowledge of other questions we have had in the past. We highly recommend Pet Doctors of America to anyone who has pets or thinking of getting a pet. I'd like to say thank you to your staff for taking such good care of Murray. Murray is not the easiest of dogs to take care of and your staff was kind and gentle with him (even though he tried to bite them.) I really appreciate the doctor calling me and asking if I wanted to pick him up early (after his procedure) in light of the fact that he was not very happy about waiting in the cage. The doctor also spent a considerable amount of time discussing Murray's case with me. Much more time than I would have expected in fact. Thank you so much for not only completing Murray's procedure so quickly and professionally, but also for the extra love and attention that you gave him (and me.) I just thought it was the best when the Doctor personally came to the waiting room to introduce herself to me. This is great customer service and I will be looking into promptly changing my vet service for Grady, he deserves the best. He has already gone through enough trauma. Our dog has been going to Pet Doctors for a few years now. Outstanding care and service.
