Full Digital X-Ray. We have advanced digital imaging technology, which allows us to obtain a higher-quality image, as well as providing processing flexibility. We also have the ability to enhance those images, allowing our veterinarians to view more detail without needing to take additional exposures. Our digital radiology procedures are all performed in-house, which helps provide us with an exceptional diagnostic image result, and minimizes the x-ray exposure for your pet.

Ultrasound. Just as in humans, at times pets may need an ultrasound. Through the ultrasound diagnostic medical imaging technology, our veterinarian is able to visualize your pet’s internal organs and gain more information about their size, structure or any pathological injury that may be present. The ultrasound is an important veterinary tool that can help to determine whether invasive surgery procedures are needed.

Echocardiograms.  We have veterinarians experienced in taking and reading echocardiograms of your pets heart.  These are important to evaluate your pets heart.

Common Blood Tests.

Our Jacksonville Jacksonville Beach veterinarians are able to conduct a variety of on-site blood tests that your pet may need. Most of these blood tests provide immediate results, including canine heartworm tests, feline heartworm tests, and feline leukemia testing. We also provide snap tests, which provide accurate results when screening for Ehrlichia and Lyme Disease. Additionally, we perform exams to check for intestinal parasites and the Parvo virus, using stool samples.
