Overnight Boarding

Your Pet’s Home Away from Home

img-boarding1At Pet Doctors of America we do our very best to make your pet comfortable and feel at home during their stay with us. We treat your pets like our very own, with a full medical staff on site 7 days a week to look after your pet. If you have a special request, don’t hesitate to ask!

Since keeping your pet safe, healthy and happy is our number one priority, we require that all pets be current on vaccinations (and are happy to request them for you in advance). These include:

  • For Dogs — Current on Rabies, Distemper/Hepatitis/Parvo/Para-influenza/Leptospirosis (sometimes abbreviated as DHLPP or DA2PPVL), Bordetella (within the past 6 months), plus a negative fecal exam (within the past 12 months)
  • For Cats — Current on Rabies, Feline Distemper (sometimes abbreviated as FVRCP), Feline Leukemia (sometimes abbreviated as Felv), plus a negative fecal exam (within the past 12 months)

img-boarding2Dogs have a lot of fun during their stay, so we require an exit bath if they stay 3 or more nights with us. All of our exit baths include a bath with our 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, nail trim, ear cleaning and a light brush out.

Our overnight accommodations include three walks a day in our fenced yard. We also offer a TLC package, which includes two extra walks a day and 30 minutes of one-on-one time with our Pet Care Attendants. Our TLC package also includes a daily picture sent to you via text or email so you can see how much fun your pet is having with our staff!
